JBS Palos Heights Closing
Good morning Juiced Fam, I am reaching out to inform you all that our location in Palos Heights, IL will be closing effective today Wednesday 11/16/2022. Our location in Midlothian IL is still open for business six days a week during our normal business hours. For those of you that don’t know myself and a couple of my business partners purchased a former pizzeria across the street. We will be opening Meek’s Vegan Kitchen very soon (possibly next week) at 12778 S Harlem Ave and in Q1 of 2023 we will be bringing Juiced By Shic back to Palos Heights at this same location!
Inside view of our Palos Heights location, we will be leaving majority of the equipment here. If anyone is interested in a turn key business (5 Yogurt Machines Included) in the Palos Heights area I can connect you.

Meek’s Vegan Kitchen is inspired by a concept that my partner Demetrius Walker created in Houston called Meek’s Vegan Pizza that is currently open. If you look closely in the glass you can see our logo. We will be opening Meek’s Vegan Kitchen very soon, there was a delay in opening this location due to a plumbing issue that has now been corrected. Our final inspection is scheduled for early next week. Once we pass the inspection our business license will be granted and we will be open to serve you!
In regards to Juiced By Shic I am currently working with the Village of Palos Heights on design plans. Pending their approval we will start building Juiced By Shic at this location! Current ETA for completion is early Q1 of 2023.
Chicago Location Opening Soon
Myself and my wife recently announced that we would be opening a new location in Chicago and we are doing just that! We are happy to announce that we will be opening our first location in our hometown Chicago! We are both from the Southside of Chicago and our location will be there as well.
